Delta Shores retail begins opening up
The Sacramento region’s largest new retail development in over a decade is starting to come to life.
Two businesses, Dick’s Sporting Goods and In-N-Out Burger, have already opened in the Delta Shores retail center on the south edge of the city. And a vice president with developer Merlone Geier Partners said many more will open over the next couple months.

Some big names brands are coming to a retail deficient area of Sacramento. The stalled Delta Shores project is finally coming to fruition with two stores already open and several more opening over the next couple of months. The center will also include a variety of casual dining options as well as a deluxe movie theater.
If you missed parking day last year, don't miss this year's event! 14 local groups will convert parking spaces along 9th and 10th into mini parklets where the public can peruse and enjoy them. The event will take place on September 16th from 9am to 7pm at the Capitol Mall traffic circle in front of the State Capitol building.
